I thought you might be interested to know that we’ve decided to release the Ruby Connector free. This is a drag-and-drop widget that lets your .NET programs communicate directly with your Ruby programs. You could use it to do anything from creating a simple ‘Ruby console’ inside your VB.NET apps (say) to building complete Visual front ends in VB, C# or Chrome which communicate with Ruby programs.

Anyway, it’s free and you can download it here: http://www.sapphiresteel.com/SapphireSteel-Downloads

You don’t need Ruby In Steel to use this, by the way – though I personally would recommend it ;-)

best wishes Huw
