Hello all,

Possibly slightly off topic, but my Mum just joined the legions of switchers. She’s pretty handy with a PC but has serious self-confidence issues with learning new stuff on a computer, even though she’s mastered Word and a load of other stuff.

Do any of you have any recommendations for a book I could buy her that would hand-hold her through really basic things on the Mac? I’m talking about things like basic use of the finder, the dock, iPhoto and iTunes, setting desktop backgrounds, basic Safari browsing, that type of thing.

She’s on Leopard, so I wonder if there are any books available yet?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
